Their children had aged out of Hampton Roads’ special education system, and were ready for adult services and support. In the final days of treatment, clients will meet with a case manager to establish an aftercare plan.

Our outpatient services are designed to meet the individual needs of adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. For more than two decades, Loisann was employed by Upward Bound, a government program that helps poor and minority students pursue a college experience. She was a counselor to the teens who wanted to attend college, helping them identify loans, fill out applications, and proof their writing samples.

Brittani named her baby girl Deavyne and set out to create a different life for her daughter than she had known growing up. For over 30 years, we have delivered specialized SUD treatment along with mental health services in our residential treatment program. We are licensed by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and are a certified Drug Medi-Cal program. The Salvation Army Medford provides transitional living for those facing homelessness.
